Highly recommend GLE! Jeff was super knowledgeable - worked hard to fix our power line in addition to staying past his scheduled work time I’m sure (didn’t leave until 7pm). GLE came out same day due to our house being half out of power. In addition, we are located over 30 mins from them and that wasn’t an issue. We cannot thank them enough for helping us. We will be using them going forward and recommending them to friends/family.

We have been dealing with electricity issues for 2 years. It’s been hard to find a company that will make a trip to Kelley’s Island. We finally hit the jackpot when someone referred us to Great Lakes Electric. I made a call last week and they were able to get us on their schedule within the week. We hit a double jackpot with David as our electrician. David was here this morning right on schedule. I can’t express enough how pleased and impressed we were with David’s knowledge and professional service. He did a great job. We thought the job would take all day. He fixed had everything fixed within 2 hours. Thank you David and Great Lakes Electric!!!

I called them because my old friend Chuck Oeder has always been good to me through the years. And they sent a young man by the name of David out to the house I was having some breaker issues. He guaranteed me 99% of the time it's the breaker and he was right that problem solved within just a few minutes and I'm a very happy camper. He was very polite and professional and his boss can be very proud of him! he probably deserves a raise Chuck! Just saying

I was alarmed when I saw water dripping from the electrical box in the basement but Great Lakes Electric sent someone out right away. I was happy and my problem was fixed quickly, with fast, friendly service. While Chad was here I talked to him about a second problem we were having. He was patient and made sure the project would be done just as I wanted. During that project Chad and Dave did an excellent job, still working with me to make sure it was done with my input. They explained everything more than once making sure I understood. The project was completed skillfully. To top off the great work, after a long day they left the work area CLEANER than when they came complete with vacuuming and taking all the trash. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Electric.
